(1) Front Deck, remove and replace current deck board and handrails with like in kind materials. (2) Rear Deck, Remove and replace current deck boards and handrails with like in kind materials. Remove eastern staircase of the rear deck and install new handrail system on the platform. ii) Evaluation during site visit of any deck joists, beams, or support columns that may be damaged and require replacement to be include in bid. Any unidentified damaged components shall be evaluated with designated park staff. iii) Contractor will ensure the deck is stable, level and meets current building codes. iv) Supply and install new premium, # 1 grade pressure treated materials and marine grade stainless steel fasteners or park approved equivalent. All materials must be new and in good condition. v) All products shall be installed per manufacturer's instructions and specifications and be free of defects and blemishes at time of final walk through. vi) Contractor shall ensure that the job site remains clean and orderly every day. vii) Proper signage/barriers are in place to ensure the safety of guest, staff, and workers. All work shall be completed between February 3 and February 21, 2025.
