The Newark Housing Authority (NHA) solicits proposals from qualified companies to perform Lead-Based Paint Risk Assessor Inspection services at the NHA. The contract term is for three (3) years, with an option to extend for two (2) additional one (1) year periods at the sole option of the NHA. Question Deadline 01/08/2025 at 10:00 AM ET All questions about this solicitation must be submitted through online using the question submission function specific to this solicitation. All questions received before the aforementioned deadline will be answered online . Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of NJSA 10:5-31 et seq. and NJAC 17:27 (PL 1975c 127 Affirmative Action). This solicitation is subject to the requirements of NJSA 40A:11-1 et seq. and 2CFR 200 et seq. These proposals are being solicited through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A 19:44A-20.4 et seq. The Newark Housing Authority, at its sole and absolute discretion, may, in part or entirely, accept or reject any and all proposals, re-advertise this RFP, postpone or cancel this RFP process at any time, or waive any irregularities in this RFP or the proposals received as a result of this RFP. The NHA also reserves the right to award all or a portion of the award to one (1) or more Respondents. No modifications to a proposal will be permitted after the proposal has been submitted to the NHA without the NHA's prior consent.
