Said proposals for the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction, complete in-place, of the following work: The City of Burnsville anticipates purchasing 230,000 lbs., more or less, of liquid Blended Phosphate (35% w/w active chemical, SG = 1.300, 70% of active chemical as polyphosphate, and 30% active chemical as orthophosphate). The Liquid Blended Phosphate Supplier (Supplier) shall furnish and deliver product for the time period as noted in the Chemical Supply General Requirements Section. The contract may be extended in future years as noted in Chemical Supply General Requirement sections. Location Details City: Burnsville County: Dakota State/Province: MN Successful bidders will fill and sign Phosphate Bid Form in appendix A in addition to filling out the bid tab. The bid bonds must be payable to the City of Burnsville in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of bid, to be forfeited as liquidated damages in the event that the bid is accepted and the bidder shall fail to promptly enter into a written contract and furnish the required bond. The City of Burnsville reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to award the bid in the best interest of the City.
