New aviation obstruction light with pivoting post 11. Welding modifications (a) Overflow pipe (b) Modify and seal upper landing (c) Repair damaged ladder (d) Remove existing cathodic protection system 12. Repair concrete and grout under base ring 13. New pressure manway gaskets 14. New recirculation pump, piping, temperature sensor, flow indicator, and all new inlet/outlet pipe valves, sample tap 15. New safety climb equipment/systems 16. New valve room heaters 17. Install pipe insulation and heat tape to misc. piping together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications.
