Description

Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Tower, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.

The work will be completed under one prime contract. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Remove and Demolish existing Timber and Steel Bridge. 2. Excavate 270 CY 3. Construct new concrete footings with 37 CY of concrete and 4,130 lbs. of steel. 4. Construct new approaches with 780 CY of select granular borrow and 90 CY of Class 5. 5. Furnish and install new 50x12mocular steel beam bridge. Est. Completion Date: March 13, 2026 Docs notes : Plans and specifications can be downloaded per project for a non-refundable charge of $6.00. The Download Delivery Fee Selection is charged to each plan holder once the download of bid documents is initiated. The On-line Bidding Fee Selection Bidder Pays (min. $25.00) is an additional charge to bidders who submit an online bid at the time of bid close.
