Site work for a water / sewer project in Tower, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project involves but is not limited to the complete construction of public improvements for the reconstruction of several streets. Individual elements of work shall include, but are not limited to 1. Removal of bituminous pavement, concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk and driveways, pipe and other miscellaneous items. 2. Clearing and grubbing. 3. Sanitary sewer construction. 4. Water main construction. 5. Water and sewer service construction. 6. Turf restoration and erosion control construction. 7. Traffic Control. 8. Other miscellaneous work shown on the plans or specified herein. Question Deadline 01/14/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing to the Issuing Office. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows 8878 Main Street Mountain Iron, Minnesota 55768, (218) 735-8914. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The work includes the construction of approximately 1775 LF watermain, 74 LF directional drill watermain, 2 grinder stations, 1900 LF sanitary sewer pipe, and 2000 LF 2" HDPE force main in Tower, MN.
