Renovation of a mixed-use development in Sheridan, Wyoming. Working plans call for the renovation of a 15,451-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility.
**As of February 26, 2025, the project is on hold. No definite date for the rebid.** The project consists of a renovation of the Commodities Lab in the Mars Ag Building at Sheridan College. This includes the relocation of student computer stations and the instructors podium, and revising the HVAC to reduce noise.
