Site work, new construction and renovation of a water / sewer project in Vermillion, South Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the construction of a water / sewer project.
Installation of a new or used 2,000kW minimum Tier 4 single unit generator in a walk-in enclosure with subbase fuel tank at the Tea Pump Station. Excavation, site work and preparation of the sites for the installation of the concrete generator pads. Installation of new switchgear 480v with motorized circuit breakers. Installation of control equipment and instrumentation to operate the motorized circuit breakers to allow for switching of building load between normal utility power and generator power for power outages and peak shaving. site work including but not limited to installation of power and control conduits and wiring, all excavation, trenching, and finish grading for construction back to the existing conditions. Topsoil placement, reclamation, seeding, clean-up ,startup and all other miscellaneous work required, not herein mentioned, but inferred from the construction Contract Documents.
