Scope of Work: Replacement of south and east entrances to Courthouse Project Location: 211 W. Main Street All work shall be done in compliance with any state and local codes should they exist and in a professional manner in accordance with industry standards. The contractor is responsible for the disposal of discarded materials. Acceptance and approval of completed project by owner is required. Contractors biding on a project must physically look at the job site with the owner representative or appointed contact person prior to submitting the bid. Call 605 638 6290 to set up a time. Work may have to be done around Court schedule depending on the level of noise. Please show a separate cost for each entrance. Project completion date: Oct. 15th, 2025 Equipment / Material specification: Entrances Aluminum clad bronze in color on the exterior. Wood on the interior stained to match existing wood trim as closely as possible. Side panels glass that does not extended all the way to the ground. Transom glass. South entrance building address decaled on transom glass. Doors Aluminum bronze in color. Glass. ADA Handicap accessible door operator at the east entrance. Glass 1" tempered. Double pane.
