The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials required to provide complete maintenance and repair for the ten (10) Roll-up Door services for the equipment identified in Exhibit A, Attachment 1. Service shall include the following: a. Preventive Maintenance b. Repairs c. Drop Testing d. Technical Support Services The services will be performed at the following location: Central Utility Plant (CUP) (Building #095) 625 Q Street Sacramento, CA 95811 The State anticipates a 36 month term for this Agreement. Licenses: a. A Bidder must be registered with the State of California, Secretary of State, if required by law. b. Contractor must possess and maintain, at all times during the term of this Agreement, a valid Class D-28, Doors, Gates and Activating Devices license issued by the California Department of Consumer Affairs, Contractors State License Board. Bidders must meet a DVBE participation goal. The required participation for this agreement is 3%.
