Small business and DVBE companies are encouraged to bid. Questions Due December 13, 2024; 5:00PM Answers Provided December 18, 2024 Proposed Award Date (tentative) January 11, 2025 Term of this agreement is January 1, 2025, or upon contract approval, through December 31, 2025, with an option to extend this agreement for one (1) additional year at the same bid pricing. Cal Expo reserves the right to reject all bids. Cal Expo is not required to award an agreement.
