Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) Ventura Area Office, the services described herein: furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide Ballistic Lobby Glass Installation Services in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement. The services shall be performed at: Department of California Highway Patrol Ventura Area Office 4656 Valentine Road Ventura CA 93003. Contractor shall provide a Payment Bond equal to one hundred (100) percent of the value of the Agreement. Contractor shall complete the State of California, Standard Form 807, in duplicate and submit prior to the execution of the Agreement. License Requirement: California State License Board (CSLB) General B Contractor. All bidders for this solicitation, must meet the minimum DVBE participation requirement of 5%. Proposed Start Date of Agreement April 01, 2025 The term of the resulting agreement is anticipated to be effective from April 01, 2025, or upon approval by the Department of General Services (DGS), whichever is later, through March 31, 2026 Question Deadline 01/10/2025 at 4:00 PM PT Bidders shall immediately notify CHP if clarification is needed regarding the services sought or questions arise about the IFB and/or its accompanying materials, instructions, or requirements.
