The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority is commencing the procurement process for the following: RFP# 279-24: The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority ("MBTA" or "Authority") seeks Bidders to participate in the competitive bid for Services to provide yearly inspections, preventative maintenance work and emergency repairs on the MBTA's heating equipment located at various MBTA buildings, transit stations and garages. Three-year contract. Bidders will be required to comply with all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity Laws and Regulations, DBE Laws and Regulations, Buy America (U.S. Content) and other regulations as required. Bidders will be required to certify that they are not on the Comptroller General's List of Ineligible Contractors. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, or any part thereof.
