BOST - PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICES 24/7 PLUMBING / MECHANICAL & HEATING SYSYTEMS SERVICE AND REPAIR contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, materials, equipment and supervision for Plumbing/ Mechanical & Heating systems preventative maintenance services and repairs for the National Parks of Boston. The National Park Service, Contract Operations East, Boston Major Acquisition Buying Office issues this Request for Quote (RFQ) for a firm fixed priced/time and material commercial services contract, subject to the Service Contract Act, refer to Attachment 003; to perform all operations of preventative maintenance and repair of Plumbing / Mechanical & Heating Systems services at the Boston National Historical Park (BOST), as specified in the statement of services, Attachment 001. b. This is a 100% Set Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238220, Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning. The small business size standard is $15M. Offerors must be certified in SAM for NAICS Code 238220, Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning. c. The Contractor is to furnish all transportation, vehicles, labor, supervision, equipment, tools and materials necessary for the services required to complete the work in accordance with the Contract Documents, Federal, State and Local Regulations. d. Liability Insurance is required. Refer toDIAR 1452.228-70 Liability Insurance - Department of the Interior, in the Request for Quote. e. The Government intends to award one firm fixed price/time and material Contract for a base year plus two (2) option years in response to this Request for Quote (RFQ). f.
