The bidder must substantiate the ability to perform all necessary: “AUTOMOTIVE HYDRAULIC LIFTING EQUIPMENT REPAIRS AND INSPECTIONS” by including and providing a Statement of Experience with a minimum of two (2) current references and two (2) past performance in repairs and inspection including but not limited to: Reseal Plungers/pistons, Power Units, Safety Legs, Hydraulic Control Valves, Complete Cylinder Assemblies Replacement, Air Control Valves, Electronic Circuit and Sensor Diagnostics, Parameter and Function Programming, Lock Out / Tag Out Procedures, Locking Devices, Concrete Removal, Reinforcement and Installation. Failure to provide a Statement of Experience may cause rejection of bid . The Authority has listed the types of lifts throughout the Authority, which may not be an inclusive list and may have omitted lifts in error, if so, any additional lifts shall be included in this RFB. The vendor is responsible for the operation of all lift types including, diagnostics, repairs and testing without exception. If testing is not in full compliance with factory specifications, the vendor shall perform the mandated method of the “Lock/OutTag/Out” procedure as per the OSHA standard for The Control of Hazardous Energy (Lockout/Tagout), Title 29 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 1910.147i ii It is the responsibility of the contracted vendor to determine the need of taking equipment out of service to maintain operational compliance as well as supplying and installing the required lock and tag out. It is the responsibility of the contracted vendor to aid in correcting the issue by way of a repair estimate and if approved, repair the non-compliant operating condition. Once the violation has been corrected it is the contracted vendors responsibility to remove the lock and tag out.
