Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Naples, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Pelican Bay Services Division is looking for quotes to repair 14 paver crosswalks within the Pelican Bay Community. Division will supply pavers for replacement if needed. MOT is required as work will be performed in vehicle travel lanes. See attachments for detailed description of repairs needed. Map of Pelican Bay Community showing location of each repair shown with pink dots attached. It is recommended each interested vendor visit Pelican Bay to view repair areas. Question Submission Deadline: January 3, 2025, 12:00pm The purchase order term, if an award is made is intended to be for a one-time purchase. Prices shall remain firm for the term of the resultant purchase order. NO EXCEPTIONS TO THE COUNTY'S PURCHASE ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS NOR A VENDOR PROVIDED CONTRACT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Surcharges will not be accepted in conjunction with this purchase order, and such charges should be incorporated into the pricing structure. All goods are FOB destination and must be suitably packed and prepared to secure the lowest transportation rates and to comply with all carrier regulations. Risk of loss of any goods sold hereunder shall transfer to the COUNTY at the time and place of delivery; provided that risk of loss prior to actual receipt of the goods by the COUNTY nonetheless remain with VENDOR.
