Collier County Divisions are responsible for building and maintaining various County owned and leased buildings and facilities throughout Collier County. The intent of this solicitation is to contract with a pool of qualified General Contractors to perform various work, including but not limited to the below scope of work, for County owned and operated facilities. It is the intent to award this IFQ to multiple awardees with County staff requesting quotes from all vendors based on the project value. All awardees are expected to submit quotes for projects that will be issued under this contract, for the duration of the contract. Repeatedly failing to submit a quote, when requested, may result in the removal of the awardee from the contract pool. The County reserves the right to include previously qualified submitters during the contract term if it is deemed in the best interest of the County. Question Submission Deadline: February 14, 2025, 5:00pm The contract term, if an award(s) is/are made, is intended to be for two (2) years with two (2) two (2) year renewal options.
