Brightshore Community Development District (the District), will accept proposals from firms interested in providing labor, materials, and equipment for Earthwork and Roadways and/or Utility and Drainage construction for the Brightshore Community located in Collier County, Florida (the Project). The project is comprised of two components: (A) Earthwork and Roadway Construction (B) Utility and Drainage Construction (C) Combined Bid (A) and (B) For component (A), the Proposer must provide excavation, earthwork, road construction, clearing, erosion control, bridge installation, and associated improvements. For component (B), the Proposer must furnish and install potable water mains, sanitary gravity sewer and force mains, irrigation mains, two (2) sanitary lift stations, drainage infrastructure, and associated improvements. Both component (A) and (B) must be in accordance with the plans and specifications provided in the Project Manual and all applicable local, state, and federal requirements. The successful Proposer will be responsible for all survey stake-out, survey as-built, materials testing, and inspections necessary to receive certification from Collier County, South Florida Water Management District, the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, and any other permitting agency deemed applicable. Construction is being bid under one (1) contract and the Proposer acknowledges that there will be phased Notices-to-Proceed. For the purposes of bidding, Proposer shall bid project as a continuous Project with no stoppages. The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, make modifications to the work, award the contract in whole or in part with or without cause to one or more proposers, provide for the delivery of the Project in phases and waive minor or technical irregularities in any proposal, as it deems appropriate, if it determines in its discretion that it is in the Districts best interests to do so. The successful proposer will be required to execute a contract with the District and file the requisite Performance and Payment Bonds and insurance within ten (10) calendar days after execution of the construction Contract. Pre bid notes: Firms desiring to provide services for this Project may attend the Optional Pre-Bid meeting scheduled . Instructions for this meeting will be provided via email to the email address provided by each Proposer at the time the Project Manual is obtained.
