Inspection of structural components such as roof, foundation, framing, windows and doors, and any other components that may result in health and safety concerns or affect the structural integrity of the dwelling A complete inspection of the HVAC system, electrical system, and plumbing system, along with general comments about the building, property and site as deemed necessary by the inspector. A termite inspection by a licensed pest control company. The results of a termite inspection shall be included as an addendum to the report. An inspection report to City detailing the tasks as stated herein in accordance with uniform standards of the trade. February 2025 Contract Start Date The Purchasing Division shall have the right, at its sole option, to renew the contract for four (4) additional one-year periods, or any portion thereof. In the event the Purchasing Division exercises such right, all terms and conditions, requirements and specifications of the contract shall remain the same and apply during the renewal period, pursuant to applicable option clauses of the agreement/contract. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received in response to this RFP, or to cancel the RFP if it is in the best interest of the City to do so. The offeror should submit a copy of all licenses and/or certifications, related to the performance of the services required herein that are held by the personnel proposed to provide such services.
