Qualifications Include but Are Not Limited to Firms or People With at Least Ten (10) Years of Wastewater Facility Design Experience and at Least Three (3) Wwtf Improvements Projects Valued at $20 Million (Each) or Greater. The Estimated Cost of the Recommended Improvements is Approximately $55m. Design Services Include Services During the Schematic Design, Design Development and Final Design Phases. All Services Shall Be Completed Within 26 Months.
