The work to be completed under this project is located at The White Building Spring Grove Hospital 55 Wade Avenue. Catonsville, Maryland 21228. The successful contractor is to provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, and supplies required for removing and installation of 24 PTAC/Incremental Units for heating and cooling system in accordance with these documents and references contained therein. The purpose is to provide adequate heating and cooling to all the affected offices, rooms and building areas. The work shall be completed within 180 calendar days from the start date of the contract. 1) Bid Bond in the amount of 5% 2) Payment and Performance Bonds in the amount of 100% Small Business Reserve Designation Yes VSBE Participation (%) 5.0 MBE Participation (%) 10.00 The Project Cost Classification for this solicitation is: Small Procurement Category III, under $200,000. Minority Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this Solicitation. The work shall be completed within 180 calendar days from the start date of the contract. If the work is not completed within the time period specified, the contractor will be liable for liquated damages of $ 350.00 per calendar day as specified in the "General Conditions".
