This Invitation for Bids (IFB) is issued to procure the goods or services, as specified in this Section 2, from a contract between the successful bidder(s) and the State of Maryland ("State"): The Maryland State Highway Administration is soliciting bids for a contract to provide janitorial and cleaning services at the ITS Division facility located at 5901 Baltimore National Pike, Catonsville, MD 21228, in Baltimore County. It is the State's intention to obtain goods and services, as specified in this IFB, from a contract between the selected Bidder and the State. Clarity on Section 3.4 Liquidated Damages (MBE) Per Pre-Bid Conference Per the Pre-Bid Conference, there are no liquidated damages for MBE as this procurement has no MBE goal or requirement. Clarity on Section 3.13 Insurance Requirements Per Pre-Bid Conference Insurance requirements for this procurement are outlined below and supersede the original IFB information: 3.13.1 A. Commercial General Liability - Five hundred thousand ($500,000) combined single limit per occurrence for bodily injury, property damage, and personal and advertising injury and one million dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence (unless a state's law requires a greater amount of coverage). Coverage must be valid in all states where work is performed. These are the only changes and/or clarifications contemplated by this Addendum #1.
