Sidewalk Replacement Project At Grande View Apartment Westernport, MD 21562 The project is located at Grande View Apartments, Westernport, Maryland, and consists of the following: Removal of existing area of concrete sidewalk and curb and installation of new ADA sidewalk and curb including all related work. Plans and specifications may be obtained by calling or visiting the Office of EADS ARCHITECTS, INC., 450 Aberdeen Drive, Somerset, PA 15501 (Telephone [814] 445-2470). To access the electronic format the bidder must have a valid email address and will require an internet connection. First Class postage and handling fee is included. All bidders are responsible for checking with the architect regarding the number of Addenda sent out prior to submitting a bid. Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, Bank Draft or Certified Check in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the Bid Proposal made payable to the Cumberland Housing Group The work shall be commenced at the time stipulated in the Notice to Proceed to the Contractor and shall be fully completed within 30 consecutive calendar days thereafter. Contract period may be extended due to weather conditions by mutual agreement between Owner and Contractor
