Road paving within the town limits. Project is for the following streets: South Lafayette from Sheridan to N. County Road 500 W 865 LFT N Delaware St. from Sigler St. (State Road 128) to Maple St. 620 LFT General scope of project: Furnish labor, equipment and material to excavate existing concrete sidewalks and prep for new concrete ADA ramp(s) where necessary. Furnish labor, equipment and material to form and pour new 6 concrete ADA ramp(s) per federal and INDOT standards, where necessary. Furnish labor, equipment and material to repair failed areas to an average depth of 6. Furnish labor and equipment to mill existing pavement to an average depth of 1 . Furnish and install manhole riser rings as necessary. Furnish and apply tack coat to ensure proper bond to existing pavement. Furnish, place and compact 9.5mm asphalt surface to an average compacted depth.
