Generator Purchase and Install Rogers County Jail. Bid to include the below equipment, concrete pad, courtyard & bollards, crane, demo & removal ofthe existing generator & exhaust, delivery of the new generator, docking station & ATS, electrical, mechanical, installation and start-up inspection, test and commissioning by an authorized service technician. This bid is submitted as a legal offer and any bid when accepted by the county constitutes a firm contract. Purchases by Rogers County, Oklahoma are not subject to state or federal taxes. Any additional products/pricing other than what is requested for bid will not be reviewed. Oklahoma laws require each bidder submitting a bid to a county for goods or services to furnish notarized affidavit for filing with Competitive Bid and a Business Relationships Affidavit (Affidavits are included in bid packet). Bidder agrees to defend and to save Rogers County from and against all demands, claims cost, expense, damage and judgements-based infringement of any patent to goods specified in this order or the ordinary use or operation ofsuch goods by the county or use or operation ofsuch goods in advance with the bidder's direction. The Rogers County Board of Commissioners reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to make the bid award in the best interest of Rogers County. Projects Over S100,000: In contracts exceeding $100,000, bidder must furnish a bid bond or cashier's check in the amount of 5% ofthe bid with bid submission. In contracts exceeding 100,000, successful bidder must be able to bond. (Performance, Maintenance and Payment Bonds) Successful bidder will be required to furnish their own Workmen's Comp and General Liability Insurance as required by Oklahoma State Law and by Rogers County.
