Northeast Oklahoma Public Facilities Authority (NOPFA) will accept separate sealed bids for Contract Labor to include installation of trench installed steel and MDPE pipe installation for the extension of a Natural Gas Main Pipeline, south of Tahlequah, Cherokee County, OK, according to the Drawing and Specifications prepared by Small Arrow Engineering, LLC and described in general below: Contract Labor for Extension of an NOPFA Natural Gas Pipeline Cherokee Nation Behavior Health, Tahlequah, OK. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waiver irregularity in the bids and in the bidding. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract, Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109 and E.O. 11246.
