Northeastern State University is requesting proposals from qualified State of Oklahoma Concrete Construction firms to provide on-call concrete services for all Northeastern State University Campuses; Tahlequah, Broken Arrow and Muskogee Campuses. Selected Contractor(s) are to provide, but are not limited to, concrete repairs, installations and or labor to successfully meet the needs of the University on an as-needed basis during the contract period. b. The Contracting firm(s) shall perform general on-call concrete services to designated facilities as directed by Northeastern State University and/or their designee. The service and repairs shall be provided in accordance with the highest standards of the industry, skill, workmanship, applicable trade practices, meet warranties and in conformance to all applicable laws, codes and regulations. c. All work performed under this agreement shall be performed by the Contractors regular employees, sub-contracting of work is not allowed without the consent from Northeastern State University and/or their designee. d. Northeastern State University will require that the contracting firm(s) be able to schedule service and/or labor to the University site within a reasonable period after request for regular service, and within 4 hours for an emergency request in the rare event that a need for emergency service arises.
