Site Address: 601 N grand Ave SCOPE: 1) Vendor shall supply and deliver 37x split systems, 2-ton condenser w/ 45k BTU 90+% furnace up flow. 2) Vendor shall supply and deliver 5x split systems, 2.5-ton condenser w/ 45k BTU 90+% furnace up flow. 3) Vendor shall supply and deliver 1x split system, 5-ton condenser w/ 100k+ BTU 90+% furnaces horizontal, 208/230 3P w/ disconnects and auxiliary drain pan. 4) Vendor shall supply and deliver 4x split systems, 5-ton condenser w/ 100k+ BTU 90+% furnaces horizontal, 208/230 1P w/ disconnects and auxiliary drain pan. 5) Vendor shall supply and deliver 1x Carrier RTU (Tag RTU 8). 6) Existing Carrier RTU (RTU 8) Model Number: 48HJS012--571HE. Serial Number: 2205G40733 7) Vendor shall supply and deliver 1x Carrier RTU (Tag RTU 20). 8) Existing Carrier RTU (RTU 20) Model Number: 48HCEE08A2M5A0F2C0 9) Vendor shall supply and deliver 1x Lennox. 10) Existing Lennox Model Number: KGA048S4BS2G. Serial Number: 5614F03449 11) Vendor shall store equipment until owner is set for delivery. 12) All equipment shall be delivered at Owner's discretion. 13) Substitutions to meet or exceed expectations of specified equipment.
