The bid shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope plainly marked and addressed as follows: The name and address of the bidder shall appear in the upper left-hand corner of the envelope. Project has been cancelled. Contractors are encouraged to bring cameras/measurement tools to take any site measurements necessary. All bids will be publicly opened, recorded, and studied for recommendations to the Owner. Bids received after the time or more than ninety-six hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays, before the official stated time set for the opening of bids, will not be accepted.
