Description

The Contractor is to collect all litter in right-of-ways on the roads within the specific section a minimum of three times per calendar year. Right-of-ways are defined as a minimum of 15 feet from the edge of the pavement. Litter shall include rubbish, refuse, waste material, offal, paper, glass, cans, bottles, trash, debris or any foreign substance of whatever kind or description and whether or not it is of value. Daviess County Fiscal Court shall provide safety vests, gloves, litter grabbers, trash bags, and any additional safety equipment. Bid Award: This bid can be awarded by individual section. The Contractor may bid one or more sections. Daviess County Fiscal Court reserves the right to award a different Vendor for each section, or the same Vendor for all sections, depending on what is in the best interest and most advantageous to the County according to Section 3.05.
