Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Bloomington, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work associated with this project covers the installation of synthetic turf; athletic field lighting, concrete pavement; and storm, water, and electric utilities. Bidders may email questions to Bledsoe Riggert Cooper James, attention Ben Blanton at bblanton@brcjcivil.com. Questions must be submitted via email no later than 5:00 p.m. (local time) on Thursday January 2, 2024. The proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, or an acceptable bidder's surety bond made payable to the Monroe County Board of Commissioners in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the bid. Surety bonds must be executed by a Surety Company authorized to do business in the State of Indiana. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds for 100% of the Contract Sum. The Monroe County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any defects or irregularities if deemed to be in the best interest to the County.
