Monroe County Government Proactive MD Clinic Renovations Monroe County Government Proactive MD Clinic Renovations, 501 North Morton (Showers North), Bloomington, IN 47404 DESCRIPTION: Project includes all equipment, labor and materials to complete an interior renovation within the Showers North building. TYPE OF BID: Stipulated Sum Bids will be received for the Work, which includes building renovations and all related and miscellaneous work, which will be awarded under a single prime contract. TIME OF COMPLETION: Anticipated start-up for construction is March 24, 2025 The project is to be substantially complete within sixty (60) days of receiving the local building permit. Subcontractors and suppliers will need to obtain documents from a General Contractor. BID SECURITY: Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid shall accompany each Bid. Bid security may be in the form of a bid bond, certified check or cashier's check payable to Monroe County Government. Other bidding requirements will be listed in the Project Specifications. BONDS: A contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder. The successful Bidder is required to furnish an Assurance of Completion equal to 100% of the Contract Sum as Stated in the Project Documents. RIGHT TO REJECT BID PROPOSALS: The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Bids and to waive any irregularities in bidding. All Bids may be held for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days before awarding Contracts.
