Edmond Public Schools - Sunset Elementary Courtyard Infill. As of February 27, 2025 subbid are closed. The construction manager has been identified. Construction is expected to begin March 17, 2025 and finish by November 30, 2025. ___________________________________________________________ Bidder must agree to commence work on a date to be specified in a written Notice to Proceed and to achieve substantial completion of existing areas no later than July 31st, 2025 and of new areas no later than November 29th, 2025 and milestones in accordance with the Construction Manager's schedule. Bidder acknowledges and agrees that the actual damages to be suffered by Construction Manager in the event of delays is difficult, if not impossible, to determine with certainty. Therefore, Bidder agrees to pay liquidated damages in the amount of Five Hundred Dollars ($500) for each consecutive calendar day beyond the date set forth for substantial completion. The Bidder also agreesto fully complete the punch list within thirty (30) consecutive calendar days after substantial completion. Bidder agrees to pay liquidated damages in the amount of Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250) for each consecutive calendar day beyond the date set forth for final completion. Bidder agrees that the daily rates of liquidated damages set forth herein represent reasonable estimates of the actual damages that could be suffered as a result of delays, and do not constitute a penalty.
