Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Abbotsford, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 6,393-square-foot, three-story above grade, 20-space fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
The City of Abbotsford (“the City”) is developing the replacement of the the replacement of Abbotsford’s Fire Hall No 6 including a three-story post disaster building with approximate footprint of 600 m2 including four apparatus bays totaling approximately 430 m2, office spaces, classrooms, living quarters, kitchen, washrooms with showers, workshop, maintenance area, PPL cleaning area, hose dryer, storage room and utility rooms totaling approximately 900 m2 as well as twenty surface parking stalls. The construction budget for this project is an estimated $28,000,000. The anticipated schedule for tender will be late Spring 2026.
