Site work for a mixed-use development in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Work of this Contract, Malvern Garage New Waste Glycol Tank Installation, consists of: The supply of labour, equipment, and materials to Malvern Garage: Demolish existing central vacuum system. Hillcrest Yard: Remove and dispose of existing waste escalator parts cleaner tank. This work shall be scheduled to happen at the very early stage of work to avoid conflict with the major construction work inside Hillcrest Yard. The Bidder shall complete and submit an executed Agreement to Bond, in a form satisfactory to TTC for the provision of a Performance Bond and a Labour and Material Payment Bond, each for a sum equal to at least 50% of its Total Bid Price and in the form required by TTC.
