Reference Number 0000371596 Dutchess Community College is soliciting bid proposals for the Bowne Hall Fire Escape Refurbishment. The scope of work is to conduct the necessary refurbishment and structural support repairs to bring the two (2) fire escapes into compliance with the standards for Fire Escapes in New York State. NYS Fire Code and International Fire Code (IFC) compliance (i.e. Section 20F-1031.2). The work area consists of two (2) fire escape structures on the Bowne Hall Building located at 39 Pine Grove Path Poughkeepsie, NY 12601.
