Reference Number 0000371607 Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Vacant and Occupied Apartment Units Rehabilitation Program and General Construction at Various Locations Throughout Newark Housing Authority The Newark Housing Authority is accepting sealed bids to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to rehabilitate vacant and occupied apartment units to safe and sanitary condition and ready for occupancy via an Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) procurement. The contract term shall be for two (2) years with an option to extend for one (1) year at the sole discretion of the Newark Housing Authority. Interested firms must have at least three (3) years experience renovating apartment units. They will have the capacity to perform the full spectrum of apartment turnover work, including but not limited to general construction, painting, carpentry, cleaning, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, etc. The firm must be familiar with current applicable code requirements and secure all necessary permits and licenses for the scope of work.
