Demolition and site work for a residential development in Anniston, Alabama. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
All bidders are required to have an active online number in order to bid and the online number will be verified. Please note that the aforementioned properties will be awarded individually, not as a group. The City of Anniston will be receiving sealed bids for the demolition of the following ten (10) substandard structures: 1. 801 East 22nd Street PPIN#1821 2. 1709 Pine Avenue PPIN#80150 3. 1722 McDaniel Avenue PPIN#30391 4. 2522 Walnut Avenue PPIN#25602 5. 1209 West 14th Street PPIN#19294 6. 706 Mulberry Avenue PPIN#18786 7. 1322 Mulberry Avenue PPIN#18965 8. 1625 West 8th Street PPIN#32172 9. 2827 Moore Avenue PPIN#25734 10. 1707 McDaniel Avenue PPIN#20192 The City of Anniston reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. Any questions regarding the demolition of the aforementioned CDBG properties should contact, Tana Bryant, Senior Code Enforcement Officer, 256-231-7733 Bids will not be accepted from anyone who does not attend this conference. ) Motion to approve the demolition of 10 CDBG substandard structures to the following vendors: McMichael Waste for one (1) of the properties totaling $13,337.50; Emtek should be awarded the bid for eight (8) of the properties totaling $43,600.00; and T&D Stumping Grinding should be awarded the bid for one (1) of the properties totaling $5,000.00 for a overall bid amount of $61,937.50.
