The Perry County Fiscal Court is seeking proposals from qualified Kentucky Accredited/Certified/Licensed Asbestos Inspectors to conduct Asbestos Containing Material Inspections under the NRCS Buyout Program resulting from Federal Disaster Declaration 4663 (Kentucky Severe Storms, Flooding, Landslides, and Mudslides, July 29, 2022). Scope of Work will involve Asbestos Containing Material Inspections for up to 70 residential properties and 7 commercial properties in Perry County, Kentucky. There is no guarantee of the quantity of work. Structures may fall out of the program or be awarded to another firm to meet NRCS deadline requirements. Multiple firms may be used if needed to meet the scheduling needs of the county Approval to award will occur at the Fiscal Court meeting scheduled for January 14th, 2025, at 10 AM.
