The City of Lebanon, Missouri (The City) invites bids from qualified organizations for the purchase and installation of approximately 140 ft of black chain link fence at the 100 Harrison Ave., Lebanon, MO 65536. This bid shall include all material, equipment, labor and/or services required to complete this project as specified herein for the City of Lebanon. Question Deadline 01/13/2025 at 12:00 PM CT Provide material, equipment, labor, fuel and project management to complete the installation of approximately 140ft of black chain link fence at the 100 Harrison Ave., Lebanon, MO 65536. Work shall include the following: A. Supply all material and labor to install approximately 140 ft of chain link fence. This bid shall include all labor, equipment, materials. Bid shall include all materials to provide a complete and finished chain link fence for the EMS Building located at 100 Harrison Ave, Lebanon, Missouri. o 6ft black chain link fence. o All hardware for installation of fence. o All fence shall be a minimum of 9 gauge chain link. 2.0 Work Hours. All work must be done between 7:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M. All work hours must be approved by the assigned City Project Manager. 3.0 Work Site. The contractor shall be responsible for securing work stie and keeping the site safe and clean. 4.0 Contractor Use of Premises Field changes that do not meet manufacture specifications must be approved by the owner. Field or site tests and inspections may be required by owner. 5.0 Unanticipated Conditions If in the course of work the Contractor anticipates and/or discovers conditions and/or materials which are beyond the scope of this contract, and/or which may be deemed unreasonably hazardous, and/or uncovers materials which are legally defined as hazardous, the Contractor is to stop work in the area effected, immediately inform the City of Lebanon, and do not proceed until resolved in writing from the City of Lebanon. The Contractor shall make every reasonable effort to inspect for unanticipated conditions, and to anticipate such conditions by prudent project planning and coordination. 6.0 Project Oversight The Contractor shall assign an employee to oversee this project. Employee shall be experienced and qualified in projects of similar size and scope. The Employee shall remain with the project until final completion and shall not be replaced with another individual except by approval of the City of Lebanon. 7.0 Warranties Contractor shall provide a one-year unlimited warranty against defects in workmanship and materials, as well as minor adjustments to components of the work, in addition to product warranties provided by manufacturers of individual components. The contractor's warranty shall include labor and material and other incidental costs as necessary to correct any defects. All warranties shall commence at date of Substantial Completion. 8.0 Locations and Interferences This Supplier will review the specification and/or drawings so that they are completely familiar with the project conditions, the work of other trades and the responsibility to work with other trades during the course of construction. 9.0 Modification Procedures Any work outside of original Scope of Work will be done by a signed change order by the owner and supplier, prior to commencement of work.
