The City of Lebanon, Missouri ("The City") invites bids from qualified organizations for the installation of a TPO roof at City Hall located at 401 S. Jefferson, Lebanon, MO 65536. This bid shall include all material equipment, labor, fuel and project management required to complete this project as specified herein for the City of Lebanon. -Provide equipment, materials, labor, fuel and project management to complete the installation of approximately 11,500 square feet of 60-mil thick FleeceBACK Adhered TPO Membrane Roofing System overlay the existing roof at City Hall located at 401 S. Jefferson, Lebanon, MO 65536. The contractor shall supply all material, labor and equipment to complete this project. The Contractor shall clean the roof prior to installing the new FleeceBACK Adhered TPO Membrane Roofing System per manufacturers recommendations. All materials must be purchased from a tier 1 manufacturer. The installer must be tier 1 roofing certified for warranty purposes. B. The Contractor shall supply and install new retrofit drains and repair any pipe penetrations. C. The Contractor shall remove and replace any roof flashing and/or building seals. D. The Contractor shall remove and replace all existing roof related sheet metal coping caps, counter flashing, etc. The Contractor shall include in their bid sheet the metal coping caps, counter flashing and other material needed to complete a finished roof. Before reinstalling the coping caps the Contractor shall install new TPO roofing up and over the top of the walls. E. The Contractor shall cleanup debris daily due to daily use of the facilities. F. The Contractor shall provide the owner with a copy of the manufacturer's 20-year warranty.
