Contract No. 1 Water Storage Tanks of the Skyridge Water Supply District 2025 Infrastructure Improvements Project will feature the procurement of two 18,000-gallon potable water glass-fused-to-steel bolted water storage tanks. The Manufacturer's Authorized Tank Dealer (MATD) shall furnish all required labor, materials and equipment to provide and erect the water storage tanks. The Contractor shall be responsible for all site preparations to facilitate the installation of the new water storage tanks, as well as the pipe penetrations and connections to the existing distribution system at both tank locations, surface restoration, and coordination with the MATD as needed. This contract is the first of several contracts that make up the larger Skyridge Water Supply District Infrastructure Improvements Project, which includes but is not limited to new water storage tanks, a new booster pump station, rehabilitation of the existing booster pump station, and replacement of the existing distribution piping. The Contractor will be required to coordinate the work of this contract with the contractor(s) of all future contracts of the overall project as needed. Each Bid must be accompanied by cash, certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders.
