The new building will be an approximately 9,500 square foot, single story Motor Vehicle Storage Building hat will be located inside of the existing fenced, unpaved Military Vehicle Storage Compound. Bid Guarantee in the amount of 10% of the Bid must accompany each bid submitted. n general, the work consists of: 3 All general construction work required to provide the new Motor Vehicle Storage Building at the Waupaca 4 National Guard Readiness Center as shown on the drawings and as specified herein. The new building site 5 is adjacent to and to the north of the existing Readiness Center Building, at 1949 Spindt Drive, Waupaca, 6 Wisconsin. 7 The new building will be an approximately 9,500 square foot, single story Motor Vehicle Storage Building 8 that will be located inside of the existing fenced, unpaved Military Vehicle Storage Compound. 9 The scope of work of this Contract will include; 10 Site Development as necessary to create the site for the building, excavation and preparation of the site for 11 foundations, provision of utilities and service laterals required for the building, and site restoration work 12 adjacent to the building. 13 Building Construction as necessary to provide the building, including cast-in-place concrete footings, 14 foundations, ground slabs and associated structures, provision of a single-story face brick and CMU 15 structure with one way sloping steel deck on steel joist roof structure, in the size and configuration as 16 shown on the drawings and specified herein. Provision of exterior man doors, overhead operating vehicle 17 doors, and glass unit windows as shown on the drawing and specified herein. Provision of all building 18 electrical and mechanical work. 19 The building will be classified Storage Group S-2 (IBC 311 Parking Garage, Enclosed). 20 Type of construction IIB. The building will not be sprinklered. 21 Building will be ventilated in order to scavenge combustion gases, but no supplemental heating or cooling 22 will be provided.
