the Scope of This Project Includes Building Wide Upgrades for the Installation of New Hvac Systems Including: 1. Heat, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Exhaust, Ductwork and Piping. 2. New Equipment Includes, but It Not Limited to Classroom Unit Ventilators, Air Handlers, Packaged Heating and Cooling Systems, and Split Systems. 3. The Removal and Replacement of the Existing Main Building Electrical Switch Gear. 4. Site Improvements for New on-grade Equipment. This Project, Which is One of the Montclair Public Schools 2022 Referendum Project, Has Been Designated by the Board as One That Requires That at Least Twenty Percent (20%) of the Total Scope of Work Be Performed by the Bidder or Any of the Bidder's Named Subcontractors Who Are Certified as a Minority Business Enterprise (mbe), Women's Business Enterprise (wbe) or Small Business Enterprise (sbe) by a Certifying Federal or State Agency, as Applicable.
