For This Project, Neorsd Will Not Award a Contract for Any Bid in Excess of Twenty Percent (20%) Above the Estimate of Probable Construction Cost. In General, the Work Shall Consist of Furnishing All Labor, Materials, Equipment, and Incidentals for Construction of the Following Work: Demolition of Two Overhead 18" Square Grit Slide Gate Valves, Steel Reducers and Discharge Chutes. Installation of Two Overhead 18" Square Grit Slide Gate Valves, Manual Chainwheel Operators, Stainless Steel Reducers and Two 14" Motorized Diverter Valves, Discharge Chutes, 14" Pvc Piping, Electrical Work and as Shown on the Contract Drawings and Included in the Summary of Work Specification Section 01 11 00. Prospective Bidders Are Strongly Encouraged to Frequently Monitor the Bids Website for Project Updates and Addenda.
