Kihei Rd, Kihei, HI 96753. This project constitutes renovation of the Visitor Center Building, Learning Center Building, Classroom/Office Building, and site improvements. The Statement of Work Abstract is included in the Request for the Qualifications, and the full scope of work will be included in the resultant Request for Proposals. This requirement is solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS Code is 236220 The Small Business Size Standard is $45.0 Million The Total Design-Build Budget for the Project is $12,600,000.00. Offeror's are cautioned that price proposals exceeding the Government's stated budget for may be determined nonresponsive for award based on budgetary limitations.
