Description

Renovation of a military facility in Kihei, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

The Contractor will remove and dispose the non-operational 25 Ton HVAC Chiller. Supply and install a new 25-Ton replacement Chiller, the work shall include the cost of replacement, reposition and installation of all related electrical and mechanical lines, terminals, and devices to complete an efficient operable HVAC system based on but not limited to the plans and the Scope of Work / Specifications (SOW / Specs). Work contract shall include the costs of labor, equipment / tools, and rentals, to implement and complete the job in good and acceptable workmanship.
