Furnish and Delivery of Two (2) Flygt Model NZ 3153 LT 3~ 413 3 Pahase 230Volt Wastewater Pumps. A bid bond and performance bond shall not be required. The Director may terminate the contract in whole or in part in the best interests of the County. In such an event, the County shall be liable only for payment of materials ordered or received prior to the effective date of termination. Termination shall be effective upon sixty (60) calendar days written notice to the vendor. The Director reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers and to waive any minor or inadvertent discrepancy in the bid documents.
