Renovation of a municipal facility in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
To provide all labour, equipment and materials for the interior fit-up at 110 Laurier Avenue West, 5E and 3E, (the "Work"). The successful Bidder shall achieve Completion of the Work no later than 30 July 2025. A bid deposit of ten percent (10%) of the Contract Price, in the form of an electronic bid bond, is required with this RFT. Performance security will be required from the successful Bidder prior to the execution of a Contract or the issuance of a purchase order. Such performance security will be a Performance and a Labour and Material Payment Bond each in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the Contract Price from a surety company in a form that is acceptable to the City. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. Question Acceptance Deadline: 2025/01/15 11:59:00 PM EST Award is subject to final approval
