This is a new construction project on an existing site. The proposed project consists of constructing a new 69,000-square-foot building comprising public works and dispatch administrative areas, a public works garage, and a maintenance area. The project also includes demolishing existing buildings and reconfiguring the site to accommodate the new work. Some existing buildings, cell towers, and associated utilities must remain. Extensive stormwater improvements are necessary as part of the proposed project.
